Hi Friends,
As there are some Queues got struck in CRM I processed it manually in SMQ2
But the Status of the Queue is "*SYSFAIL"
and when double click the queue and try to exceute the Queue iam getting the message

Message no. SY359""""""""""""""""""""
I could not able to find out any Note for this.
Orders are getting replicated for some customers only certain orders are haing this problem.
Please help me out as the problem is in production.
