Hi Experts

I am new to HR-ABAP , when I am running transaction PC00_M40_EPF in user parameters block there is a a input box where its showing all report name ( Form 12, Form 10, Form 5) in list box . User want one more FORM that is FORM 3a (EPF Contribution statement - 3a) . This form 3a is there in system , I have to integrate it in this particular place.

Tell me how to bring this 3a from in this particular list box along with other forms (form 5, form 10 etc.)

any ideas?
