position shifting through BAPI_ORGMASTER_SAVE_REPL_MULT

Hi HR Guru..

Please help me out, I have to change the position of an employee in SAP HR by using a Bapi BAPI_ORGMASTER_SAVE_REPL_MULT as this is mandatory. I tried it but it is not updating.Please helpme out that which parameter I have to pass...as their is relationship parameter also.

Please this is very very urgent..help me out please.
