Pay calculation.

Hi,

I just want to know, the pay of the emp.

emp : 0001 ( he is a montly salsried emp)

basic pay : 1000

this employee joined in a company on 07thMay2007.

how much salary he will get for month of may-2007 (2 public holidays were in the month)

Hai..

for 31 days the salary u defined is 10,000.

The emp worked for (31 - 7) = 24days ( assuming that the two public holidays are paid, Total days considered as Calendar days & no absences)

Ur using Factor One in Proration. & 8hrs /day.

(318 - 7😎 = 192hrs.

192/( 31*8) = 0.7742

0.7742* 10,000= 7742/-
