When creating Appraisal Template objects, they are created in 'Approved' Planning Status in OM. We want them created in 'Active' Planning Status. Is this possible ? What must we do.
I am facing problem that when change all VA VB VC objects status to active using RE_RHAKTI00 then it makes appraisal template un released. Vice versa when i released template, it makes objects planning status to reset to approved from active. This is why i am not been able to find template in prepare or appcreate transactions. We need to keep objects oactive and template released to be able to make it usable in prepare or create.
I am not sure whether you can create a appraisal template in active status, but in OM you can always change the status of an object from approved to active status. You can use this as an workaround.
