PR query

Hi,

I created a PR and after it was released , I created a PO; now it turns out that the price for one of the items on the PR was too low, so I cannot adjust the PO.

I don't know how to change the PR: the valuation field isn't open for change.

Can you advise me what to do?

Dear

when we make a PR with unknown or lumpsum valuation the payment budget problem occurs usually.. the only way to resolve is that you change the PR.

the method is go to me54n and derelease the PR and change the value of the item (activate only after derelease the PR) and release again and try to create the PO it will work

or if you have no rights to drelease the PR then ask the user for change the valuation for the same.

Hi

While convering PR to PO usualy price field is copied from info record or last PO price.

Pls check info record for price

If u have customized PR price to capture in PO then check in PR screen layout if Price field is kept as display only

CANNT U CHANGE THE PRICE IN PO ITSELF??????

Hello

You will have to change the value in PO line item itself.
