Work instruction to various production departments.

I am doing my Production process MTO Scenario (According to the Customer Specification).

The production process consists of various department activities like Melting, Moulding, Heat treatment, and Machining,etc.

Depends upon the Customer product, QC department has to give work instruction to all the departments.

So, how can we give work instruction to various departments? Is there any separate T.Code for giving the same?
