Error in MSS com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE

Hi experts,

I have got following error when trying to access MSS pages.

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

Previously, we were be able to access this page fine without problem. Recently, they come up with errors.

I have tried following to investigate:-

1. Assign SAP_ALL to test user but it does not help

2. After I tested JCo connection, the JCo connection has positive test result

thus I am really wonder why it has error on MSS page.
