Campaign migration from external application to Hybris Marketing

Hi Experts,

Is there any migration option available to migrate campaigns from existing product sources (application) to Hybris Marketing system during project implementation.

Example: Client is moving from Marketo to Hybris Marketing application and approximately 100 campaigns are running in the production system and would like to migrate to Hybris Marketing application.

The Campaign can be created through API "API_MKT_CAMPAIGN_SRV", please check this link: API_MKT_CAMPAIGN_SRV

I have not tested this API but guess it should work from 1711.

Hi Dinesh,

there is currently no out-of-the-box solution for such a migration of Campaigns. Currently they'd have to be re-created manually in SAP Hybris Marketing. However such migration tools are in scope of future releases.
