What are the new benefits and functionalities for SAP F&R by upgrading to SCM 7.0 EHP4?

Presently we are in SCM 7.0 with EHP3 running for SAP F&R , we are planning to upgrade it to EHP 4 version. Can anyone please explain us whether there are any useful new functionalities that will be helpful for Forecasting and replenishment component.

Following PAM there is no new product version for SAP F&R.
It is still SAP F&R 5.2 - either on SCM 7.03 or on SCM 7.04.
So I do not expect any new functionalities.
Additionally there is nothing mentioned for F&R in the Release & Information Note for SAP SCM EHP4 (note 2171392) and also nothing in one of the guides (Master Guide / Upgrade Guide) for SAP SCM EHP4.
