Hi

the Cycle time depend upon the circumstances

like when you want the material, what is the lead time etc............

if u want you can calculate

total time to get the material into your stock =10

u can divided this time into no of segment

PR Processing time=2days

PR to PO time =3 days

PO to GR time=5 days

the total lead time is 10 days

these time depend upon the vendor as well upon buyer

Thanks

There is no such funcitonality to calculate this kind of time and what is the need for it.

PR,PO etc are transaction document so it's depend on the user when and how they are creating.

Hi,

To know the cyccle time from past data you create Z prog

For PR table EBAN

For PO EKPO

for GR MSEG

for IR BKPF is header table

from there you can compare posting dates ( Pr creation date and GR posting date) and can able to calculate cycle time for past transactions .
