Please help me to find out the SAP version I am using.

How can I find this information.

Is it under System - Status?

I see the columns

Software Component/ Release/ Level/ Highest Support

SAP_BASIS

SAP_ABA

SAP_APPL

SAP_HR

Can someone explain me how to interpret this.
