COMPANY CODE NOT ASSIGNED.........

HI,

I am constantly getting the following error message.

"COMPANY CODE NOT ASSIGNED TO COUNTRY OR COUNTRY TO CALCULATION PROCEDURE

This Error is displayed during:

Creation of P.O

Creation of Info Record

But Creation of source list is successful

==================================

Using MM60 I see one of my material is assigned to a plant

but my other materials are not assigned to plant.

how to do this. please advice............

    it means tax calculation procedure is not assigned to ur country

    so u need to follow thi link

    spro-imgfico-fico global settingthen tax on sales/purchase-assign calculation procedure to ur country

    go to possition give country suppose IN

    and in front of that give ur tax procedure

    AND given in above post u have not maintained the plant specific views so they r not coming in mm60

    and another possible reason is may be there is a default value of some other plant is set and the moment u select the views in mm01 and press enter that material wolud be getting created for that default plant

      Dear BM,

      I am unable to solve the problem. I just checked and found that the Tax Calc Procedure already exists for the country i chose which is DE. I also found that during Edit Company Code I give my company code, I click on address details and it shows the details of IDES.

    Goto SPRO- enterprise structure- definition-financial accounting-edit company code and here check theat country is maitianed.

    And

    Goto SPRO- financial accounting-Tax on Sales/Purchases -Basic Settings- Assign Country to Calculation Procedure

    here the procedure needs to be assigned.

    Dear R,

    The other material for which you are not able to see the plant assigned may be that for this material you may not have created plant level views.This means you may have created only basic view.
