custom middleware

Hi experts,

we are working on custom middleware trying for a z table replication from R/3 to CRM. we have the bdoc populated with data and even updating the database. But we could still see the load object in status "RUNNING" (transaction R3AM1). Also, we are not able to find any queues in R3 as well as in CRM. We are done with all the middleware settings. Is there any thing need to be done still? Please help us on this issue
