SMD configuration (Agent --> solution from Solution Manager)

Hi!

I successfully installed Wily ES and SMD Agent on the satelite system.

If I try to set up SMD server via setup wizard and choose the appropriate solution I get the error

The contents of at least one solution could not be retrieved from Solution Manager, or could not be uploaded to Diagnostics DB

Then I get the error

The SMD Agent on this host does not belong to any solution published from Solution Manager

My question:

How to make the assigment of SMD Agent to solution in SAP Solution Manager and to solve this error?

This problem is solved.

In my case was the error the missing entry of full-qualified name (by Server of the system) in tcode SMSY

Hi Thom,

Why are you opening new Thread for the same error? you need to resolve first the problem with the transfert of the solution in this.

SMD Agent will be assign when solution definition will be correct.
