Confirmed production orders err goods movement not reflecting

around 400 production orders are found error with goods movement failure and confirmation is successful and to track in COGI it is not reflacting and on analysis found the goods movement failure is due to "number range not defined for the year end activity" for the document WR now it is defined but i want to make goods movement successfully in mass pls help me ....

Goto CO1P

select automatic goods receipt and backflush check box, execute

selcet the orders and save so that the GR/GI us done. If there any problem during this transaction, it will update COGI, you can see the entry in COGI with the error.

First reverse the confirmations of all orders in mass by using LSMW and then do the confirmation again with proper goods movement. But before that check that all error correction are done which were given by system in previous confirmation.

I would suggest you to use CO27 to Pick and Post GI for multiple orders together.
