BADI Implementation

Hi ,

I need to implement 1 badi for call list gereration for transaction code crmd_call_list.

Here we need to assign autometically the call list generated from buissness partners to agents (employees) through badi. One relation ship makes this happen ZBU002.

My question is,

1. where to find this relationship, tables names etc all required stuff.

2 In which badi method we implement the same.
