In Segment buillder, list of BPs are not displayed

Hi experts,

We have created a target group in the Segment Builder. The Target Group has made a count of 75. Now when clicked on 'Open Target Group', the business partners are not displayed below. Tried many methods using GUID to display, but no result. Has someone come across this issue.

Please let me know and the points will be generous.
