Content of message deleted to save memory

Hello All,

In our PRD env ...For some of the messages in RWB the message content(PAYLOAD) is not shown and it alerts over there as "Content of message deleted to save memory ".And for few messages for the same interfaces the message content is viewed ..

By following SAP NOTE # 791655 , we have changed the parameter value

"messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody=false" , even then it did not worked out..

Can any one help to fix this problem ...As this is very much important to investigate the things for a failure of message and reexecute the same message back.
