Does C4C accepts self-signed certificate for Out Bound Communication

Hi,
We are testing an Out Bound Communication service (which is a validation to BO), It's working fine with HTTP protocol. But when we use HTTPS it's giving me SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR") in SDK
I uploaded certificate to Trusted list(no luck).
Tried changing authentication method to SSL and User/Password(no luck)

Does C4C accepts self-signed certificate for Out Bound Communication?
Could anyone knows about How can we test Https with a self-signed certificate ?
