Adobe Document Services SM59 Error ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

Hi,

My so is Windows 64 bits 2003.

When execute the transaction SM59 in my backend show a errro ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

In the transaction SMICM the ICM Status is green.

Victor,

Just try increase the HTTP_TIMEOUT of the Integration Engine:

i) go to TCODE - SXMB_ADM in XI.

ii) Double Click on Integration Engine Configuration .

iii) Click on Change specific configuration button.

iv) Increase the HTTP_TIMEOUT parameter Current Value e.g. 900. You can find this in colomn Category "RUNTIME" Prameters "HTTP_TIMEOUT" Current Value "900".

Where is the parameters TCODE? Is a transaction?

TCODE means "Transaction Code". Enter Tcode "SXMB_ADM" in XI and follow as mentioned in my previous reply.

Hi,

If you didnt find the HTTP_TIMEOUT parameter then add this parameter and give category as runtime and current value as 300.

Hi,

I have definied the parameter HTTP_TIMEOUT with value as 300 but in the transaction SM59 continue the error.

Press the button Connection Test but show,

Status HTTP Response 503

Status Text service not available

Duration Test Call 8417 ms
