mapping of production process in chemical industries

Hi Experts,

I am new in SAP process mapping for chemical industries.We want to impliment SAP in our clint chemical plant. Can anybody suggest a how to mapping of process in SAP.

Out client is manufacturing some chemical. Total process takes 15 day from material issue to GR.During this process product passed through 4 to 5 reactors. Some solvent are used in chemical process and some solvent are getting back from process it self. This recovered solvent are distilled and re used again in chemical reaction.Active ingredient are also coming in picture like a Characteristics & Value.

Requesting clarification on below points

1. Whether production type REM or PPPI to be used?

2. Whether to create a single process order for 15 Days or split in to?

3. Whether we need to create reactor wise process orders ?

4. Whether recovered solvent treat as a co product. How we can apportionment a cost in between co Products. What is the use of Equivalence number in cost settlement.
