Java Dictionary Table Record Locking

Hi Experts,

I need to create a lock on records present in DB tables created using Java Dictionary prespective in NWDS.

I want to prevent 2nd user from deleting records that are concurrently accessed by 1st user.

Any help in java dictionary table record locking is appreciated
