Flag for deletiong Material

Hi,

Does flag for deletion in a certain date ( e.g : 08-01-2008) means that no New logistics activities can be done for the flagged materia fro this point to the future l : Cant Create New Po'S , Customer order , etc

But if the flagged material has current Inventory i can do inventory movements upon what exist or MIGO for inventory that comes from open PO ??
