Substitute approver

Hi everybody,

Our's is SRM 4.0 extended clasic scenario,

Please explain me how to substitue the approver directly from the table "HRUS_D2"

Just use function module 'SWL_SUBSTITUTION_DEFINE' enter the user name that is away.

1. Select the user in the popup screen,

2. press the create substitute button,

3. Search the substitute

4. Enter details

5. Click save

Finished.
