Hi,
Simplest way is to go for Automatic account assignments.
Remove the BA from cost center and in OKB9, give 2 in account assignment detail.
Select Detail per BA/Valuatio Area and assign BA and Plant (under Valuation Area).
In this way you can create a simple mapping for Cost Element,Cost center, BA and Plant through OKB9.

Raj

Craeting one new gl account is one option.
Just chenge business area in the cost center after finishing estimated cost center time period.
OR
Post all data to one cost center. Then using distribution you transfer the values one cost center to other cost center.
ex; cost center 100-with business area100.
craete one more cost center 200- with business area 200.
first you post the data to 100 cost cnetr Rs1000.
At the month end you distribute from 100 to 200, amount =400,.
then balnces 100- Rs600
200-Rs400.
