Setup Initialization for QM

Can anybody explian setup table initialization for QM with Transaction Codes

T.code is : oliqbw for filling setup table.

1) If Notifications (Events Q0) is checked, it would fill the setup tables for the following.

2LIS_05_Q0ACTY

2LIS_05_Q0CAUSE

2LIS_05_Q0ITEM

2LIS_05_Q0NOTIF

2LIS_05_Q0TASK

2) If Inspection Lot (Events QV) is checked, it would fill the following

2LIS_05_QVUDN

3) If Inspection Results (Events QE) is checked, it would fill the following

2LIS_05_QE1

I assiged full points for you

But i had some questions

1) In oliqbw , what is the use of "BLock all Documents" Check box.

2) In oliqbw, i checked all the check box (Q0, QV, QE).

But when i tried see data in RSA3 the following data sources does not had data. Any reason behind that...?
