Approval of order

Dear all,

I have Created user status for Approval required /Approval ok for maintenance order. and put in autherisation key also, next how to assign the these user status to role maintenace in approver and end user in Maintenance order creation.

Approver - only man release the order.

Enduser- cant be released and all business procees carried out.
