Praveen,
You need to import SAP BASIS Software Component Version into Integration Repository.
You need to download it from service market place.
In Search Term Enter "SAP BASIS <version>".
Now click on XI CONTENT SAP_BASIS 7.00 -
> Database independent -
> SAPBASIS13_0-20000888.ZIP Just save this file on your machine and unzip it.
Now put this in the import directory: \usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\xi\repository_server\import\
In IR, TOOLS ---> Import design objects and import it.

Hi,
First of all you need to have the following two comonents in your IR.
1. SAP ABAP
2. SAP BASIS
These will be imported by your basis team when the server is set up.
After that to import your oen software components, you have to follow the path.
TOOLS >>> Transfer from System Landscape Directory >>>>
Import Software Component Versions
Then select the component that you have created.
hope it helps.
