special stock in reservation

i want to ask 2 questions:

1. is there no field for special stock for mvt type, suppose i want to make reservation for project material so we have to put mvt type 221 q but in mb21 transicition code there is no field for spwecial stock.

2. what is the diff between 221 and 221q.
