1)Maintain a mail form.

2)Maintain BP with the role 'Employee Responsible' with the agents 'First Name' and the 'Last Name' and Email must be maintained for this role.

You need to set up Agent Inbox

1)SAP Connect is Configured

2)E-mail addresses and Fax numbers are created.

Interaction Center ->Interaction Center WebClient -> Administration---> Agent Inbox ---> Maintain Recipient Distribution (SO28).

Maintain WorkFlow Customizing.

Customer Relationship Management ---> Basic Functions ---> SAP Business Workflow ---> Maintain Standard Settings for SAP Business Workflow (SWU3).

Activate event linkage for workflow template WS14000004 (IC WinClient) or WS14000164 (IC WebClient) and assign agents for e-mail handling.

Interaction Center >Interaction Center WebClient > Administration--> Agent Inbox ---> Assign Agent for E-Mail Handling.

Maintaining Email Rules:

Interaction Center ->Interaction Center WebClient > Administration---> Agent Inbox --> Maintain E-Mail Rules.

Maintain Fax rules.

Create Mail Signatures

Maintain Customizing Activities.
