If you are looking for Free goods determination.....then here are the steps.

1) Mainatin the Condition Technique

2)Activate free goods determination.

3)Determine Item category for Free goods.

4)Control Free goods pricing

i.e, Control Pricing for free goods Item Category.

for free of charge item, item category must be TANN. U have to maintain the condition records at VBN1.there u have to maintain whether the material is to be issued as inclusive or exclusive. also for which main item this will act as a free good.

U have to assign the free goods pricing procedure to the sales area and doc. type @ V/N6 (for that standard condition types and procedures are available).

If u maintain the above settings, it will work.
