Disabled Menu for Floating Fields

Hi all,

I want to create an interactive form.

We need some Floating fields, but the menu to insert floating fields is disabled.

does anybody knows why ?

I found out, that this menu item will be enabled if I am editing a static text field. With my User I am not able to do this, but with my collegues User it works fine.

I am confused.
