Hi All,
Sorry for troublin you once again but i just wanted to know whether a view can be divided vertically?once you create multi views and embed them to the main view, all the view gets displayed horizontally so i was wondering whether we could display some views vertically..can u plz help me with dis?
Thanks n regards
hi urbashi........
it depends on teh layout you specify for the rootcontainerui element....
if you specify it as grid layout and its coulmn number as 1, then as you add every view container ui element, it will be added on below the other....
for a flow layout it will be displayed in a same row....
try different layouts.

Hi Urbashi Dewan ,
Views cannot be displayed vertically..
you have to design accordingly Urbashi. no other solution for that .i think.
if u are asking about alligning different view vertically or horizondally mens. its possible. for that you can use different layouts
if u give grid layout and no of columns as 1 .. then it will display in a vertical line, if col no is 2 then, it will display in 2 columns.. thats it
if u are using matrix then , if u wish to display a perticular item in next line means .. make its as matrix head..
similar is the case for row ...
try different combinations
