1. what is user acceptance test and how it is done?

hi,

asking the user to test the development request which he asked to do.

means when a new request is asked by user and when MM his requirement is customised, we are beeing asked to test the user whether the required request is wirking fine in quality/development. this is user acceptance test

Once a business process is mapped in SAP..

explain that to core team member..

Then core team member explain this to users..

this is noyhing but user acceptance test..
