Upgrade of backend R/3 from 4.7 to ECC 6.0

Hi SRM gurus,

We have a client system running with SRM 5.0 and R/3 4.7 as backend. Now the client is upgrading the R/3 4.7 system with the ECC 6.0.

What we have to take care of for this type of requirement?
