What is the transaction of accessing PO history report ?

Check the table EKBE.

PO history is nothing but PO details and its flow.

PO history gives you the details of PO like GR/IR/Delivery/Qty/Accouts/Pricess.

Hi,

Check TC: ME2N, ME2M, ME2L.

Other wise Develop a simple report by joining the table EKBE and EKKO.

You can get the PO history details from ME23N transaction. Under the items section. PO HISTORY TAB.
