Handling of partial components rejected by the Subcontractor

Hi,

We have done the transfer posting of components for a Subcontractor against a Subcont. PO, Later Subcontractor complaints to replace few qty of one of the line item's components. Ofcourse we get back his rejected qty by 542 movt type and reissue thru 541, but how to handle subcontract challan and its related etc..?
