how to block ANY changes from sales order once PGI Done.

Dear Friends,

Please let me know how can we stop/block ANY changes to be done from sales order once PGI has been done.

is it possible in standarad.

Application area V4 I know to control but can we control V1 also.

    Hi,

    You can not control the V1 message type. The only way is that use the user exit available in MV45AFZZ.

    hi,

    u cannot make changes to a sales order if any subsequent doc exists for tht sales order.

    after PGi you can not do anything only user exist ask your abaper put the user exist.

    HI aasutosh,

    If there are different user for creating sales order and delivery. Then u can define user role and give proper authorisation to get the desired results. Otherwise u can take the help of abaper and use user exit for the same.

    It is not possible thru standard process, Only way i found is through USER EXIT.
