T.code for Pending PO'S for Release..Urgent

Hi gurus

Please first understand my requirement..

1.I want to view the pending po's for release. In t.code ME28 we can view and release the PO also.

2.But i want to ONLY view the Pending po's for release.

For example ; In my company only HOD is authorised to use T.code ME28(release).If my company purchasing executive want to view Pending PO's for Release, If he use the T.code ME28 , he can view and also he can release the po's.

To avoid the above case, there is any T.code to view the Pending PO's for release..

I thought u all clear about this query..

Apart from ME28 there is any T.code..or any configuration changes we can do in the T.code in ME28 to get it...please send me immediately..

good solution will be Highly rewrdable..
