selling capital goods

HI,

Selling of Capital goods.Please tell me how I sell capital goods. For Example we bought a Machine Rs 1000. we taken modvat at that time @16 of 1000.Now we are selling machine Rs 500 but we pass excise duty same as we taken modvat. Please tell me how I create invoice.and sell the goods
