hi friends,

if i want to findout the table name for some field how it is possible.

like i would like to know table name for delivery, billing.

pls answer me.

i would like to know how the tables are important for sd consultants and send me the details if possible.

if help full i wil giv u points.

Dear Nita,

Press F1,by keeping the cursor on the required field,

for Eg in T code ME11,Vendor Field

1.----> a new help page titled as Performance Assistant get

displayed

2.In the top menu of that page click on the button for

Technical Information.

3.Here you can get the Table name,Field Name & Data

Element.

4.In some cases,after getting the table name as I have

explained,if you check the same table using T code SE16,the

system shows as its a structure and not a table.(Example in

T code CS01,for field Change number the table name shown

is RC29N,but when you check the same in SE16,the system

tells you that its a structure.)

5.In such cases,as explained by me proceed till step 3 and

after clicking on technical information,double click on Data

element---->in the next screen Press Where used List

(controlShiftF3)---->include the tick mark agianst the check

box for table fields->enter>the system shows you the list of

tables.

Hi Nita,

If you are looking for table, search via txn SE11 ( Data Dictionnary ), eventually using the matchcode ( where you can specify key words ).

Concerning Billing & Delivery, tables are :

SD Billing ( VBRK / VBRP : Header table / item table )

Delivery ( LIKP / LIPS : Header / Item )
