Reason for delivery indicator in Return delivery

Hi

While returning goods nothing but return delivery need to maintain the reason " reason for return delivery" this should be

mandatory.I can able to create able to create return delivery

without reason.

How to make it this field as a mandatory in rtn delivery??

Hi Hareesha,

You can find the "Reason for Return Delivery" link in the Item details under the Documents tab in Text Over view column.

By clicking that link you can choose a reason from the drop down list.

This is not available at the Header data level.

Right now i'm working on SRM 6.0/7.0 ,I'm not able see the indicator here. Let me how it made it in SRM 5.0 , means sp03 .

In Return delivery : name of the indicator ( eg: reason for retur del)

where it maintained?? ( item details or notes and attachment)

You can implement the BADI "BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI" to make the field mandatory.

Hi,

For deleting of backend confirmation, isn't it a limitation since SRM screen does not provides field to enter reason code?

Please check OSS note 425117.
