How to limit access in a report to only ONE profitcenter?

Hi,

I want to give users access to the report S_ALR_87019712, but I want to restrict them to see information about only a limited set of profit-centers. How can I do this, what authorization-objects does this report use? After adding the transaction in the role I expected to find the relevant object in "Organizational levels...", but I don't. Any tips?

Not every report can be run by Profit Center or a single PC.

Yes there is an authorization and you could allow users just a single PC, but if the report does not look at PC, the authorization wont come into play.

So becareful before you issue this out, and find out that it does not work on a large range of reports.

Hi Thor-Egil,

the authorization object in PCA is K_PCA. This object is also used for reports.
