I'm unable to insert new IT15 subtypes. These are the steps I've taken...
In IMG
Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Payroll Data > Additional Payments > Wage Types > Check Wage Type Catalog > Define Wage Type Permissibility for each PS and ESG
The above table is blank. The documentation says that the requirements are:
1. Employee groups and subgroups must be defined. done
2. Personnel areas and subareas must be defined. done
3. Employee groups, subgroups and personnel areas must be defined for primary wage types. done
4. The wage type catalog must be defined. I think this I'm done with this -- I took care of this in step ... Additional Payments > Wage Types > Create wage type catalog.
Any suggestions on how to make "Define Wage Type Permissibility for each PS and ESG" not blank so that I can define permissiblity? Would that be a reason why I can't populate IT15 subtypes?
Hai..
Check wage type group 'Additional Payments'
Check Wage Type Catalog
Check wage type text
Check Entry Permissibility for Additional Payments
Define Wage Type Permissibility for each PS and ESG
Check wage type characteristics
I think u missed out 1st & 4th steps.

Hi,
Wage Type Permissibility for each PS and ESG should not be blank.
Make an entry '1' for all your PSG and ESG which should be allowed in 0015.
Hope this helps.

Yes you are right, you need to mention the Wage Types in this node.
Hope you already have done grouping for employee subgroup and personnel subarea grouping.
If you haven't then please do that and complete the entries in above node.
