Could you please provide your inputs on the following requirement?
We have Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 employees in our company
Level 1 : After the Self Appraisal Appraisal Document has to go to Immediate Superior --> HR --> Head HR
Level 2 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> HOD --> HR --> Head HR
Level 3 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> HR --> Head HR
Level 4 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> HOD --> HR --> Head HR
Level 5 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> Head HR
Please let me know what is the best way to approach the above requirement??
