secondary index

I have created a secondary index for BSIS table.

I followed the following steps recommended by SAP help. The link is below.

Immediately after I ran stats for that table.

I now see the index in se11 but at the bottom it says "Index does not exist in database system ORACLE" even after running stats.

I have dropped the index and created it again but still getting the same warning.

How can i fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.
