Delimit unwanted entries in table T706O (urgent)

Hello all,

could anyone please tell me how to delimit the unwanted countries in table T706O. the client dont want to delete entries but only disable so that all the countries are disabled except US and some regions in USA come in the portal drop down

the table doesnt have start date or end date on it. Is there any location or table where I can find the start date of the entries
