I need some help in how to resolve this issue.
ISSUE:
I have a customized Calculation Rule : ZKS3 and two customized wage types 3524 and 4014
ZKS3 VV06 & HM6 Payout in the year 2007

The issue I'm having is when I run payroll for Pay Period 01/2008 it doesn't calculate retro where time was recorded for last year with the old rate, other words it doesn't calculate retro.
So what it should do is calculate there vacation pay with the old rate at the end of the year , for example
if a person has 16 hours of vacation left at the end of 2007 and his old rate in 2007 is $30, the calculation should be Old rate ($30) * 16 hours.
Can somebody help me with this ASAP. Thanks
