Avoid overflow of Syndicator output directory

Hi all,

I am using MDM 5.5. SP05 with Syndication Server (on a Win 2K server) to create flat output files.

The Syndicator Map is bound to a port and the output goes to a folder and uses a filename which includes date and time like this:

...\repository\Outbound\system\port\Ready\Data_080101-212149_000.txt

As a result a new file is created in the folder each day (or even hour). On the mid term the folder will be filled with a lot of large files and at the end use the complete free space on the HDD...

Do you have any suggestions to avoid that?

Could be a fixed filename that overwrites the old one each time. But there seems no option in MDM for that.

Any other ideas?

Thanks for advice
